Toddler Praise Volunteer Information

What will a Toddler Praise Session Look Like?

We will meet to set up at 9:15AM ready for everyone to arrive at 10:00. There will then be around 30-35minutes of play, crafts, and chat.

As playtime ends, we will ask for the toys to be put back in the boxes to minimise distraction.

The last 20-25minutes will consist of sitting in a circle and enjoying some music and stories all together.

The session will start at 10:00 and end at 11:00. We will then tidy up which shouldn’t take too long!

How can I help?

We would love your help at Toddler Praise! The following is a list of ways you can get involved and a brief description of what each role will require…

Registration

You will be welcoming people at the door as they arrive, taking payments and ticking their name off on the register.

Refreshments

You will be preparing and serving tea, coffee and snacks in the annexe kitchen

Just Come and Chat!

You will be spending the hour chatting to people and helping everyone to feel welcome.

Music Time

You will be leading the children in a few nursery rhymes and songs.

Storytime

You will be reading a storybook out loud to the children.
