To be able to make people who attend feel comfortable and respected through chatting to them.

Approximately 3 hours including set up, session time and clearing away.

Length of commitment

To develop a loving and caring relationship with the children and parent/carers, they will benefit most from those who are willing to commit for more than one term. So, a preference would be for at least a one year commitment.

Commitment to Safeguarding

The church is not just a place of worship and where ministry programmes happen, but also a place of safety and trust. Parents will want to know that not only are their children being cared for spiritually, but also that they are in a safe environment.

The church takes the safety of everyone within the church very seriously and expects that everyone will work within the church safeguarding policy.  In particular, the church expects anyone who becomes aware of a safeguarding risk or of actual abuse, to immediately raise this with the safeguarding officer.
